Republic of Peru vs Yale University Update

On November 20, 2008 the RICC reported that the Republic of Peru intended to file suit against the University of Yale in an ongoing struggle to regain stolen artifacts from Machu Picchu. On December 5 2008 a suit was filed in the District of Columbia District Court.

December 18, 2008, presiding Judge Henry H. Kennedy, signed an order granting 2 Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Cristina E. Antelo; granting 3 Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Ileana M. Blanco; and granting 4 Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Christina E. Ponig. Attorneys Cristina E. Antelo, Ileana M. Blanco, and Christina E. Ponig are admitted pro hac vice to appear in this case on behalf of plaintiff.
